Baritone Wayne Line: Canadian baritone Wayne Line is known for his towering portrayal of Conte di Luna in recent productions of Il Trovatore in Bulgaria and the Czech Republic. Line has also performed Horace Tabor in the Canadian premier of The Ballade of Baby Doe, Gaylord Ravenal in Showboat, Belcore in L'Elisir d'Amore, Morales in Carmen, Marcello in La Boheme and Count Almaviva in Le nozze di Figaro for companies such as Summer Opera Lyric Theater, Viva Musica, and Opera Missisauga in Canada, South Florida Opera in the U.S. and the Society dei concerti di Santa Margherita in Italy. Line debuted as Michele in Il Tabarro and Lazar Wolf in Fiddler on the Roof for the Natchez Festival of Music and the title role in Gianni Schicci and Germont in La Traviata for Opera in the Ozarks.
