Sonia Lewis
President
Sonia Lewis initially joined RCAM as its Artistic Advisor during the time that the company was known as Royce Cates Artist Management. In June of 2005, she assumed the presidency and reorganized the agency as RCAM.
With a rich and varied background covering the arts and the business arena, Ms. Lewis' skills were ideally suited for guiding an artistic management company. Under her leadership RCAM and its artists are enjoying rapid growth and recognition in the highly competitive opera and classical music world.
Ms. Lewis' previous artistic career ran the gamut; professional mezzo-soprano, voice teacher, Artistic Director and General Manager of several opera companies, and published reviewer of classical musical events. In the business arena, Ms. Lewis was Senior Vice President of a major commercial real estate company, where she rose from sales agent to the top level of upper management. During that time, she was responsible for billions of dollars in commercial real estate holdings for national and international companies.

Jillian Leigh
Vice President
Jillian Leigh comes to RCAM with a wealth of business experience. She has enjoyed success in two extremely divergent fields: first as a multilingual In-flight manager for several domestic and international corporate jet operations and then segueing into a medical writing career. There she specialized in scripting, editing, and designing multi-media training programs for physicians and medical sales personnel.
Ms. Leigh handles the technical aspects for RCAM; website management, promotion, advertising, artistic data, and the day-to-day financial aspects of the business. She also serves as the president's "right hand", following through on all facets of the operation.

Robert Harris
Special Events Coordinator
Robert Harris’ professional background as an accountant and extremely successful sales executive led him to the premium and awards field where he retired as president of a highly successful manufacturing firm.
Not one to rest on his laurels, Mr. Harris recently joined RCAM as Special Events Coordinator, a new division of the company. This department covers marketing and booking musical events for universities and colleges featuring RCAM artists.

Royce Cates
In Memoriam
 Royce Cates founded Royce Cates Artist Management, which today is incorporated as RCAM. Following Mr. Cates' untimely death in 2005, the company was reorganized under the presidency of Sonia Lewis. Royce Cates' professional career spanned over four decades in the music world. He performed leading roles in opera, musical theater and was a soloist with symphony orchestras and choral organizations. He sang concerts and recitals across America and performed for Presidents Kennedy, Johnson, Reagan and Carter, as well as foreign heads of state. |
